1. Description of the Service

Feedbee is a SaaS platform that lets you create feedback boards to collect posts, votes, and comments from your users. It helps you understand what your users want and prioritize your product roadmap.

2. Account and Subscriptions

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

3. User Data

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you post on feedback boards (posts, comments, votes) remains your property. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Service as needed to operate the platform.

The Feedbee platform, brand, design, and code are our exclusive property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Post spam, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. In such cases, we may delete your data without notice.
